We take pride in using the freshest ingredients possible for our cupcakes. We exclusively use Hawaiian Vanilla, a very fine vanilla grown on the Big Island of Hawaii, and very exquisite French chocolate. Only natural products are in our recipes; we don't use any food coloring, chemicals, or artificial preservatives and wherever possible, unbleached products. We grind our own fresh almonds to make our almond flour and we use seasonal fruits.
